A leading Design and Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Retail, Food, Heath and Education projects is on the lookout for a new Commercial Construction Undergraduate | Cadet to join the team. 

This company delivers substantial commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments across greater NSW.

Duties include 

• Issuing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
• Assisting with the management of subcontractors  including preparation of  packages, scope of works and procurement.
• Document Control. 
• Progress claims and variation preparation and management.
• Project coordination 
• Management, review and tracking of project expenditure.
• Administration of RFI’s

About You

• This role would suit a 3rd or 4th year student looking to gain more experience and take on a more hands on role. 
• Some prior experience in the commercial construction industry would be an advantage!
• Be looking to develop under experienced leadership.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time. 
• Australian citizen or permanent resident. NO Sponsorship can be offered.
