We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a remediation/rectification construction company, handling large residential and commercial projects.

The role; 

• Work closely with the Project Manager and management team.
• Manage projects and sites comprehensively.
• Coordinate and schedule daily workloads and tasks.
• Supervise trades, both direct and subcontracted.
• Keep clients informed regularly about site progress.
• Resolve problems and disputes promptly.
• Ensure work health and safety compliance on-site.
• Oversee remediation/rectification and renovation projects.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Experience in remediation, rectification, and/or renovation projects.
• Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent.
• Practical onsite skills in carpentry, concreting, etc.
• Ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Unlimited, full working rights in Australia.

Additional Information:

• Work with a construction company specialising in building remediation, façade repairs, renovations, and insurance claims.
• Project range typically around the $1 million mark.
• Salary guide: $120k – $150k plus superannuation.
• Full-time, permanent position located in the Inner West, with most projects situated in the city/eastern suburbs.
