We are in search of an experienced Residential Site Manager / Foreman to work with a High-End Residential Construction company. Primarily focusing on Luxury Home, they also cover Duplex and Townhouse developments and low rise Class 2 buildings. 

This is a site based role, You will be responsible for driving programs, managing trades, and pushing site delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow and project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety standards and quality controls.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements to be successful:

• Hands-on site leader with a trade background and preferably builder’s license
• Be confident running luxury home projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Things to note:

• Office is based in Hurstville with projects typically being located in the South Sydney/ Southern suburbs of Sydney.
• Salary: $120K – $160K+ super (neg)
