We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a new Child Care project. Construction in expected to tart in December and be up to a $5M build. 

Responsibilities, 

• Do all the set outs for the early work trades and set outs.
• Coordinate labour on site. 
• Work hands on with the team. 
• Adhering to site design and quality
• Site Safety
• Site Diaries

Requirements, 

• Trade background, with experience in commercial or custom residential construction.
• Experience as a Site Manager/ Foreman, having managed projects from commencement to completion
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work autonomously and make appropriate decisions.
