Join the team as an Experienced Fit-Out Site Manager

As a Fit-Out Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Comprehensive site management of high-end commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Ensuring all work meets the company’s quality standards and complies with HSE legislation.
• Construction program scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Management of subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Seeking:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
• Essential experience in fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.
• Proven track record working on projects up to $3 million.
• A trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to schedules and complete tasks on time.
• Australian working rights.
