An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site based Project Manager to join the team. You will work on high rise apartment and mixed use developments. Currently their are two projects in the design phase due to start very soon. We are looking for an immediate starter. 

Salary guide: $180k – $200K + Super

Expectations of the role; 

• Full project cycle management and delivery.
• Managing communication and progress amongst internal and external stakeholders. 
• Provide full scope and achievability of project works. 
• Support the delivery of  projects on time and within budget
• Working closely with contract staff to ensure invoicing and project variation management is documented accordingly. 
• Monitor job progress, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure health and safety is a priority.

Experience and skills required; 

• It is ESSENTIAL that you have had Class 2 and Class 3 experience (apartments, boarding houses, hotels etc.)
• Relevant construction related degree or carpentry trade back round. 
• Works well with budgets and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Must have experience with Australian Standards & Building Codes
