About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Joinery Estimator with a background in cabinetmaking or joinery to join the team. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple custom joinery projects from drafting and production, through to delivery and installation. You will work closely with clients, managing timelines, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates and quotes for custom cabinetry and joinery projects.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with the factory and procurement team to ensure quotes match production capabilities and materials available.
• Perform take-offs for materials, hardware, and labour.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, costs, and supplier pricing.
• Review and updating cost templates and pricing models. 

 Skills & Experience:

• Experience in joinery estimating is essential. Custom joinery experience would be an advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of Joinery methods, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Salary guide: $90k – $120k + super.
