A leading Design and Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Heath and Education projects. 

Projects typically include the Refurbishments and Fitout of projects across greater NSW. 

We are looking for a Senior Estimator with Commercial and/ or Education project experience.

• Office is located in Fairfield area. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines. 
• Report to Operations Manager / Estimating Manager.
• Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.
• Build new relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers. 
• Create pricing schedules and BOQ’s.
• Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications. 
• Can demonstrate clear communication
• Have experience in preparing comprehensive cost estimates in commercial construction.
• Have experience in tender submission; start to finish.
• Australian working rights.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000k + Super
