Looking for a residential Site Manager. Commercial construction experience is a bonus!

Ongoing large scale projects that need an experienced site manager to oversee. 

Salary $140k – $160k + super (based on experience and expectations)

• Ongoing large scale pipeline of projects 
• Project is 40 x single story independent living units. 
• Project commences early July and is expected to take 18 months. 

Role description:

• Supervision of all trades & subcontractors.
• Work with internal design team, onsite team and external stakeholders.
• Cost control & quantity estimates
• Make sure materials & orders are correct and available as per schedule. 
• Implementation of OH&S, site inductions, SWMS & site safety. 
• Responsible for the day to day running of the projects on site. 

Skills & experience: 

• Someone with a broad range of experience and knowledge is ideal. 
• Minimum of 3+ yrs relevant and local experience. 
• Previous experience in Commercial, Residential & Aged Care projects
• Ability to work within a team environment but can work autonomously when required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Email, Word, Excel, Project etc.
• CAD experience would be advantageous. However, not essential. 
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
• Motivated person with a passion for their work. 
• Own vehicle will be required.
