We are in search of an experienced Residential Project Manager to work with a High-End Residential Construction company. Primarily focusing on Luxury Home, they also cover Duplex and Townhouse developments and low rise Class 2 buildings. 

What you’ll do:

• Full project cycle management and delivery.
• Managing communication and progress amongst internal and external stakeholders. 
• Provide full scope and achievability of project works. 
• Support the delivery of  projects on time and within budget
• Working closely with contract staff to ensure invoicing and project variation management is documented accordingly. 
• Monitor job progress, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure health and safety is a priority.

Experience and skills required; 

• Proven experience in project management working on custom residential project is a must. Experience in duplexes, townhouses (class 2 builds) would be an advantage. 
• Qualification in Contracts management or Project Management. 
• Works well with budgets and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Must have experience with Australian Standards & Building Codes

Things to note:

• Office is based in Hurstville with projects typically being located in the South Sydney/ Southern suburbs of Sydney.
• Salary: $110- 120K+ super (neg)
