An opportunity is available for an experienced Remediation Project Manager to work for a full-service construction company. 

About the company: 
Full-service commercial construction company. Working in all sectors including: Fit-out, Refurb, Remediation, Commercial, Industrial Residential, Health and Education projects. 

You will be looking to work with a close-knit team of people on the large, high value, high-rise remediation project based near Botany Bay. Your role with be to help make the project sites run as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

– Fulltime role – Immediate start available – Ongoing projects. 

Salary:
Based on experience, the salary is guide is from $180k – > $200K + Super
Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant.

About the role: 

• Managing sub-contractors and trades on site.
• You will need to ensure that all work is completely on budget and within a timely manner. 
• You will be reporting directly to the director of the business
• You will be managing multiple sites. 
• You will be travelling where the work is, all within the Sydney region. 
• Typical Scope of Works include: 
  
  • Balcony waterproofing
  • Façade remediation and upgrades
  • Window replacements
  • Balustrade replacements
  • Painting and general repair works
  • No foundation remediation
  • Structural works limited to façade-related remediation

About you: 

• Experience in high-rise residential/ class 3/ commercial remediation and facade projects.
• Solid technical understanding of façade and remedial works
• Capable of working autonomously across sites
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
