Project Manager - Fit out

A fast growing and expanding Office Fit Out Construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their busy team. 

Projects typically include Commercial, Office and Workspace fit outs, refurbishments and refits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project life cycle.
  • Provide progress reports across all projects to the clients and management. 
  • Provide guidance and support to administrators and site teams. 
  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Regularly attend site visits and collaborate with the site team to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills and Experience:
Candidates will ideally demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management or similar.
  • Local experience working as a Project Manager on Fit Out projects. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and financial management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • A sound knowledge of major building trades
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organisation and time management skills 
  • Australian working rights.
