We are seeking an experienced remediation project manager to join a company that specialises in a range of diverse projects including: remediation, facades, heritage restorations, maintenance, cladding etc.

About your day;  

• Contract management
• Construction programming
• Client and stake holder liaison
• Financial reporting and budget control
• Variations and progress claims
• Subcontract management and labour resourcing
• Managing internal and external design teams / consultancies
• Managing site teams and personnel
• Ensuring best practice HSEQ

Experience and skills we are looking for; 

• At least 2 years’ experience in working on commercial/ remediation construction projects. 
• Proven understanding of the Design & Construction process. 
• Be an effective communicator. 
• Able to identify and resolve problems in processes in a timely manner.
• Client focused
• Computer literate – skills in excel and word are essential
• Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
• Australian working rights.
