We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to work with a Premium Commercial and Multi Residential Construction company based in south-east Sydney.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Construction programming
- Client and stake holder liaison
- Financial reporting and budget control
- Variations and progress claims
- Subcontract management and labour resourcing
- Managing internal and external design teams / consultancies
- Managing site teams and personnel
- Ensuring best practice HSEQ
What we are looking for;
- At least 2 years’ experience in working on apartment construction projects.
- Proven understanding of the Design & Construction process.
- Open to a meeting people from a Builder or Builder Developer Background
- Be an effective communicator.
- Able to identify and resolve problems in processes in a timely manner.
- Client focused
- Computer literate – skills in excel and word are essential
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
- Local work experience is a MUST
- Australian working rights.
