Project Coordinator / Graduate - Commercial Construction

About the Company
A leading Design and Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Heath and Education projects. 

Projects typically include the Refurbishments and Fitout of projects across greater NSW. 

We are looking for a construction graduate or project coordinator to join their busy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
  • Assisting with the management of subcontractors  including preparation of  packages, scope of works and procurement.
  • Document Control. 
  • Progress claims and variation preparation and management.
  • Project coordination 
  • Management, review and tracking of project expenditure.
  • Administration of RFI’s

Experience and qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Construction Management or similar – this role would suit a graduate, or project coordinator. 
  • Previous site exposure on commercial construction and/ or fit out projects would be advantageous but not essential. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time. 
  • Willingness to learn and take direction. 
  • Australian working rights.

Salary guide is $90K – $100K+ super (based on your experience level)
