Project Coordinator | Administrator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator | Administrator, with some prior experience in residential construction. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate or cadet. The builder is offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across greater Sydney. 

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including drawings and correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports, site safety paperwork, and other documentation
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as required. You will also be required to assist with some estimating. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and databases

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar project administration or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with construction-specific software and project management tools would be an advantage
  • A positive, proactive attitude. You must be willing to learn!
