We are on the hunt for a Project Administrator / Junior Contract Administrator to work with a large commercial construction company based in the Sydney’s Lower North shore.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Prepare and distribute project-related reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Support project managers in tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgets.
- Preparing purchase orders, processing invoices, and bank reconciling.
- Monitor project costs.
- Maintain RFIs (Requests for Information), and change order files.
- Work closely with accounts departments to reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare WHS documents are required.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar.
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator similar related role in construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction project management processes and terminology.
- Experience in contractor management software and knowledge of Microsoft office.
