Design and Sales opportunity. 
A high end Residential, Architectural Joinery company specialising in custom designed Kitchens is looking for a new sales & design person. 

Your main role and responsibilities:

• Focus on the Design and build of your customs dream kitchen. 
• Present customers with a 3D rendering of their design. 
• Work with both new and existing clients (some warm leads provided)
• Provide a “high end” experience. work with a nurture your customers through the process. 
• Work on identifying new opportunities
• Achieve KPI’s 
• Manage and maintain the CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed. 
• Office based position (no working from home on offer)

Experience and Qualities required:

• Experience and a proven track record in sales and design. 
• Experience with a high end kitchen companies highly regarded.
• Experience in using Cabinet vision Software to draft up design
• Be well-presented and have a proactive and positive nature.
• Be interested and confident in starting work and developing new and existing client bases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer first focus
• You have high-level service standards
• Be incredibly organised and self managed.

NOTE: Salary guide $100k -$120k base + Super + Commission.
