We are looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join the team of a successful and expanding Interior Fitout business located within Sydney Metro region.
Projects include New office fitouts, refurbs / relocations, banking customers, retail, department stores, jewellery stores and residential.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Grown and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules and deliver provide updates.
- Prepare and oversee project documentation, contracts, budgets, & schedules.
- Assist the contract / project management team.
- Ensure projects adhere to time and budget guidelines.
- Manage scope changes, variations, and any defects that arise.

Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in Junior Contract Administration.
- Local knowledge and familiarity with Building Standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary Guide: $75K – $95K + Super (based on your expectations and experience)
