Position: Project Manager – Joinery
Location: Western Sydney/ Wetherill Park. 
The company: High End Commercial Joinery and Office Fit Out’s. 
State-of-the-art manufacturing facility 
High-end custom joinery projects
Specialising in office and commercial fit out, schools, retirement and health facilities. 

In the Role you will be require to;

  • We are currently looking for someone who will fit in well with the company culture. 
  • Work closely with the Estimating team.
  • Liaise with the Clients and establish a clear Scope of Works.
  • List joinery & budgets for each project
  • Approve Materials.
  • Schedule projects and ensure joinery programs are followed.
  • Regularly update the short and long term project plans.
  • Discuss joinery requirements with the teams.
  • Negotiate with suppliers & Sub Contractors.
  • Review and Issue Purchase Orders. 
  • Create and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. 
  • Track, monitor, and forecast of all projects activities.
  • Work with Production Manager & Site Manager to ensure installation dates are achievable and met.
  • Create reports focusing on continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements;

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in cabinet make and/or joinery.
  • Possess leadership and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Have sound joinery/cabinet making knowledge.
  • Have sound joinery material & hardware knowledge.
  • Proven track record in managing and ensuring project teams can deliver!
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. 

Salary guide $90,000 – $140,000 + super. However this will be negotiated based on experience.
