About the role;
- Be responsible for factory production and workshop management.
- Ensure work is programmed and completed on time
- Manage a diverse team of people. Teams include the machine shop, assembly, metal fabrications and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
What we need;
- Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker or Joinery.
- Experience in commercial joinery & Factory Foreman experience essential.
- Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks.
- Ability to multitask as there are several different areas to manage.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Australian working rights.
Things to note;
- Salary; Salary will be negotiated and based on experience, salary guides for this role are typically between $90k – $130k + super.
- Permanent, full-time position – Hours are 6:00am – 2:30pm + optional overtime.
- Factory is located within Liverpool region.
