We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Accounts Coordinator looking for an immediate start with a growing plumbing and HVAC business based in South Brisbane.

- Permanent, full-time position
- Office located in South Brisbane.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the purchasing department with material and hardware purchases for projects.
- Manage and maintaining the company’s factory stock inventory.
- Receipt and manage incoming materials and supplies appropriately.
- Administering accounts and chasing up late debtors.
- General stock take on materials.
- Review and check off assigned hardware when items are been sent to site.
- Building and maintain relationships with suppliers.
About you:
- Experience in inventory, procurement, and accounts administration.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the Plumbing or HVAC industry is essential.
- Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.
- Confidence in using accounting/ERP systems; advanced Excel or BI tools would be beneficial but not nessarsary.
- Qualifications or experience in data analytics will be highly regarded, but noy nessarsary.
- Be a team player.
