We are looking for a Estimator to join the team of a successful and expanding Interior Fitout business located within Sydney’s Hill’s District region.
Projects include New office fitouts, refurbs / relocations, banking customers, retail, department stores, jewellery stores and residential.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines.
- Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.
- Build new relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers.
- Create pricing schedules and BOQ’s.
- Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Experience and qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in construction & building.
- Prior experience as a Estimator in commercial refurb and/or fitouts.
- Experience Cubit estimating, Cubit select and Estimate One.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Australian working rights.
