About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a busy and progressive Commercial Fitout and Construction Company. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines. 
• Report to Senior Estimator..
• Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.
• Build new relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers. 
• Create pricing schedules and BOQ’s.
• Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications:

• Can demonstrate clear communication
• Have experience in preparing comprehensive cost estimates in fitout or commercial construction.
• Have experience in tender submission; start to finish.
• The software being used is CostX. Whilst CostX experience is preferred, it is not essential.
• Australian working rights.
