Responsibilities:
- Negotiate new and manage current contracts throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and review subcontractor agreements, scopes, variations, and progress claims
- Support project teams with procurement, documentation, and financial reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Experience and qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management or similar.
- Proven experience in residential construction, ideally minimum 2+ years prior experience.
- Strong understanding of contract administration processes from project inception through to handover.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

Salary guide is $100K – $130K+ super (based on your experience level)
