Contract Administration experience in the Residential/ Home Builder space. Some estimating experience would also be high advantageous. 

Remuneration
In regard to pay, the current salary guide is $100k – $110k + Super (based on experience.)
Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful contract administrator.

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, you will be a part of the Contract Team reporting to a Project Manager. The role will ask you to; 

  • Oversee budget management and reporting 
  • prepare monthly management reports 
  • Negotiate and administer subcontractor packages 
  • Process variations and claims
  • Some Estimating will be part of the role.

Exciting and progressive Luxury residential architectural construction company  with office based in Sydney’s North shore and in Western Sydney. 

This Company is involved in the Architecture, Design and Construction of residential builds. Predominately working with owner occupier’s. 
The office is conveniently located near public transport and major shops for your daily convenience.
