An opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator to join the team. You will work on high rise apartment and mixed use developments. Currently their are two projects in the design phase due to start very soon. We are looking for an immediate starter.
Salary guide circa: $100K + Super (based on experience and expectations)
This role will cover a mix of duties including:
- Contract administration
- Estimating and Procurement
- Construction certificates
- Pre-construction administration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and site staff.
About you:
- Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- IDEALLY experience working on Class 2 and Class 3 builds (apartments, boarding houses, hotels etc.) Will also consider high-end single dwelling experience.
- A sound knowledge of major building trades
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Australian working rights.
