Contract Administrator | Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to work with a housing, aged care, & commercial construction company. Working on new build and maintenance projects. This opening would suit a seasoned Contract Administrator that is looking to move into Project Management. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Setting and management of programs and budgets.
  • Maintaining and managing client relationships. 
  • Lead and manage the construction teams and subcontractors on site.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining daily communication with Site Managers.
  • Overseeing safety management on site.
  • Managing plans and schedules for trades.
  • Demonstrating expertise in all trades involved in the project.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Qualification in Construction / Project Management or similar.
  • Prior experience in Contract Administration / Project Management. Ideally within commercial new builds & maintenance.
  • A keen eye for detail and able to deliver high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
  • You must have unlimited, full working rights in Australia.

  • Office is located in the Hornsby region/ Upper North Shore region. Projects throughout greater Sydney.
