We are seeking a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to work with a housing, aged care, & commercial construction company. Working on new build and maintenance projects. This opening would suit a seasoned Contract Administrator that is looking to move into Project Management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Setting and management of programs and budgets.
- Maintaining and managing client relationships.
- Lead and manage the construction teams and subcontractors on site.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Maintaining daily communication with Site Managers.
- Overseeing safety management on site.
- Managing plans and schedules for trades.
- Demonstrating expertise in all trades involved in the project.
Experience & Requirements:
- Qualification in Construction / Project Management or similar.
- Prior experience in Contract Administration / Project Management. Ideally within commercial new builds & maintenance.
- A keen eye for detail and able to deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- You must have unlimited, full working rights in Australia.
