A fast growing and expanding Office Fit Out Construction company is looking for a new Contract Administrator to join their busy team.
Projects typically include Commercial, Office and Workspace fit outs, refurbishments and refits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare forecasts, monitor financials, and prepare cash flow statements
- Ensure site staff are aware of the project’s scope of works and inclusions.
- Preparation of tender documentation, including tender and pricing schedules and scope of works.
- Procurement of sub-contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and site staff.
- Liaise with the client regularly regarding progress claims.
Skills and Experience:
Candidates will ideally demonstrate the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on Fit Out projects.
- A sound knowledge of major building trades
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Australian working rights.
