About the Company
A leading Design and Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Heath and Education projects. 

Projects typically include the Refurbishments and Fitout of projects across greater NSW. 

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with Commercial and/ or Education project experience.

  • Office is located in Fairfield area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate new and manage current contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and review subcontractor agreements, scopes, variations, and progress claims
  • Support project teams with procurement, documentation, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Earned a degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction, ideally across health or education projects
  • Strong understanding of contract administration processes from project inception through to handover.
  • Proficient in Procore
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

Salary guide
Salary guide is $120K – $140K+ super (based on your experience level)
