Salary from  $90,000 – $120,000 + super

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare forecasts, monitor financials, and prepare cash flow statements
  • Ensure site staff are aware of the project’s scope of works and inclusions.
  • Preparation of tender documentation, including tender and pricing schedules and scope of works.
  • Procurement of sub-contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and site staff. 
  • Liaise with the client regularly regarding progress claims.

Skills and Experience:
Candidates will ideally demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on high rise developments. 
  • A sound knowledge of major building trades
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills 
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment 
  • Australian working rights.
