We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager for a  Residential construction company. You will work on Luxury, High End Residential projects. 

Responsibilities, 

• Manage day-to-day operations on site, adhering to project plans, timeframes, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain safety standards and quality controls. 
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff.
• Help ensure a positive and productive work site/ environment.

Requirements, 

• Trade background, with experience in commercial or custom residential construction.
• Experience as a Site Manager/ Foreman, having managed projects from commencement to completion
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work autonomously and make appropriate decisions.
