An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a large remediation construction company. Focusing on;

• Apartment building refurbishments
• Balcony replacements and repairs
• Waterproofing
• Sliding door replacements
• Concrete remediation
• Multi‑level sequencing across occupied buildings

Projects are currently located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches region, Lane cover, Lower North shore. 

Duties and Responsibilities; 

• Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects.
• Manage budgets, variations, and resources efficiently
• Liaise with clients, insurers, trades, and internal teams
• Interpret project reports and scopes of work
• Prepare quotes and cost estimates
• Source and order materials as required
• Managing site teams and personnel
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS regulations, and industry standards

Attributes/Qualities Desired in the Site Manager;
The employer wants someone who:

• Has remedial construction experience (non-negotiable).
• Understands sequencing in multi-level unit blocks.
• Can manage fast-paced but detail‑intensive work.
• Experience working in “live” environments. Projects are typically residential buildings, noise restrictions and resident relations are a major factor.

Salary guide $100k – $150k + super (based on skills and experience and expectations.)
