We are looking for a Construction Cadet | Undergrad to join the team at a successful and expanding Commercial Interior Fitout company. Located within Sydney’s south-west. 

Projects include commercial construction and fitouts, refurbs / relocations. 

Responsibilities:

• Actively support the planning, execution, and delivery of  fit out projects.
• Be involved in everything from project coordination, contract administration, site management, scope of works, programming, WH&S.
• Assist the contract / project management team.

Experience and qualifications:

• University Undergrad in Construction Management or related field – Open to meeting with end of 1st years/ 2nd year cadets.
• Preference would be for a person with at least one year experience.
• Local knowledge and familiarity with Building Standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must live close to office and be an Australian Permanent Resident/ Citizen.
