We are looking for a Construction Cadet | Undergrad to join the team at a successful and expanding Custom home builder located within Sydney’s lower north shore region. 

Projects are mid range custom homes. The role is a site office based role, you will be placed on the site office of the project you are working on. You will be required to work closely with the owner of the business and the site foreman. You role will predominately include contract administration. 

Responsibilities:

• Actively support the planning, execution, and delivery of  custom home builds. 
• Be involved in everything from project coordination, contract administration, site management, scope of works, programming, project variations, CDC/DA and WH&S.
• Work closely with the site foreman. You will manage one project at a time. 

Experience and qualifications:

• University Undergrad in Construction Management or related field – Open to meeting with end of 1st years/ 2nd year cadets.
• Preference would be for a person with at least one year experience.
• Local knowledge and familiarity with Building Standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must live close to office and be an Australian Permanent Resident/ Citizen.
