We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Joinery Estimator.

Who This Role Suits:
An experienced Joinery Estimator who understands joinery inside and out.  A strong understanding of production methods, sequences, materials, and how to get things over the line. 
An organised person who can manage jobs independently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates and quotes for commercial joinery projects.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with the factory and procurement team to ensure quotes match production capabilities and materials available.
• Perform take-offs for materials, hardware, and labour.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, costs, and supplier pricing.
• Review and updating cost templates and pricing models. 

 Skills & Experience:

• Experience in commercial joinery estimating is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Joinery methods, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
