An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman/ Manager to work with a large commercial construction company. The project we are hiring for is a commercial redevelopment project based in Sydney’s north shore region. 

Role and responsibilities

• Commercial construction projects, this particular project is due to commence soon!
• Hands – on role. You will need strong multi tasking skills.
• Supervision of all trades & subcontractors.
• Run inductions, toolbox talks.
• Keeping sediment under control, making sure environmental controls are in check. 
• Set outs and mark outs. 

Experience and skills

• Someone with a broad range of experience and knowledge is ideal. 
• Minimum of 2+ yrs relevant and local experience. 
• Previous experience in Commercial projects, new builds and or redevelopments. (This is a church redevelopment.) 
• Ability to work within a team environment but can work autonomously when required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Email, Word, Excel, Project etc.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
• Motivated person with a passion for their work. 
• Own vehicle will be required. 

Salary expectations are $150k – $160k + super
