An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a large commercial construction company, specialising in health, education, commercial developments.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects up to $4 mil in value.
- Manage budgets, variations, and resources efficiently
- Liaise with insureds, insurers, trades, and internal teams
- Interpret project reports and scopes of work
- Prepare quotes and cost estimates
- Source and order materials as required
- Managing site teams and personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS regulations, and industry standards
What we are looking for;
- Trade background or relative Tertiary Qualification
- Strong experience running sites on commercial, health and education projects.
- Solid understanding of safety, programming, sub-contractor coordination, and quality control.
- Experience working in live environments — schools, community spaces, industrial, aged care, office refurb, etc.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Someone who takes pride in delivering tidy, well-managed site
