An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a large commercial construction company, specialising in health, education, commercial developments.  

Duties and Responsibilities; 

• Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects up to $4 mil in value. 
• Manage budgets, variations, and resources efficiently
• Liaise with insureds, insurers, trades, and internal teams
• Interpret project reports and scopes of work
• Prepare quotes and cost estimates
• Source and order materials as required
• Managing site teams and personnel
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS regulations, and industry standards

What we are looking for; 

• Trade background or relative Tertiary Qualification
• Strong experience running sites on commercial, health and education projects.
• Solid understanding of safety, programming, sub-contractor coordination, and quality control.
• Experience working in live environments — schools, community spaces, industrial, aged care, office refurb, etc.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 
• Someone who takes pride in delivering tidy, well-managed site
