We are seeking an experienced remediation Carpenter to join a company that specialises in a range of diverse projects including: remediation, facades, heritage restorations, maintenance, cladding etc. 

On offer is a competitive salary of $65,000 – $85,000 + super. (based on experience) plus long term, stable employment and the opportunity for further training, development and career progression. 

Expectations of the role;

• You take pride and care in your work.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specs and agreed timelines.
• Provide leaderships, guidance and support to sub-contractors.
• Maintain a safe and clean site environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, sub-contractors, and clients in a timely and professional manner. 
• Truck driving duties e.g.. driving, loading and unloading materials & supplies etc.. 

Experience necessary;

• Competency in reading and understanding building plans.
• Experienced in residential carpentry.
• Ability to effectively communication and lead your team. 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. 
• Valid driver’s license to get to site. 
• Prior experience in delivery driving. 
• You must have unlimited, full working rights in Australia.
