About the Company: 

• This company is fit out contractor that does commercial fit-out and retail projects.
• Projects typically include Commercial, Office and Workspace fit outs, refurbishments and refits. 
• Office is located in the inner west, with off-street parking available. 
• The role itself will be predominantly office based but will also include site exposure as well

Contract Administrators will ideally demonstrate the following:

• A strong understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of project delivery.
• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience post-graduation in either Construction Management or Architecture.
• Must have commercial fit out construction experience.
• Open to meeting with people from Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction backgrounds as well as CAs that come from well-known fit-out contractors.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
