We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join the team!
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in various sectors including Commercial, Hospitality, and Retail. 

Expectations of the role; 

• Oversee the overall management of multiple fit-out projects.
• Lead and guide a team of Contract Administrators and contractors.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, staff, and contractors.
• Manage all project aspects from inception to final completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Review and address changes to scope, variations, and defects.
• Conduct site visits as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all WH&S regulations.

Experience and skills; 

• A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the commerical, hospitality and retail fit-out industry.
• Proven ability to maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including subcontractors.
• In-depth understanding of Australian Building Standards.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations with the ability to enforce site safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and managing priorities.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Full Australian working rights.
