About the Company;
Commercial, Class 2 Residential and Mixed used Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Retail, Food, Heath and Education projects. 

Due to increased tender activity and business growth, the company is looking to appoint a new dedicated Estimator.

Projects include:

• Class 2 developments
• Religious and institutional projects
• Commercial construction projects
• Apartment developments
• Community facilities
• Select developer-led and internally owned development projects

Salary & Location;

• Salary range sits between $90,000 and $130,000 depending on experience and capability
• Location: Office is located near Parramatta. Projects are within the great Sydney area. 
• *You MUST be an Australian Citizen or Perm resident to apply.*

Desired Skills and Experience;

• Ideally minimum 3 years estimating experience
• Exposure to Class 2 residential construction preferred
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs and trade measurement
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and rates
• Experience obtaining and reviewing subcontractor pricing
• Ability to assist with cost planning and feasibility assessments
