We are in search of an experienced Residential Site Manager / Foreman to work with a project management and construction company, working in both the residential and commercial construction sectors. 

This is a site based role, delivering $18M Class 3 Builds. Including a project close-out and full lifecycle exposure project starting off soon! You will be responsible for driving programs, managing trades, and pushing site delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow and project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety standards and quality controls.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements to be successful:

• Hands-on site leader with a trade background and preferably builder’s license
• Be confident running apartment projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Things to note:

• You will be involved in the close out of a project currently being completed in the sutherland region and then kicking of a project set to start in the inner west. 
• Some Saturday work may be required when needed. 
• Salary: $250k – $300k + super (neg)
