Residential Contract Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Residential Contract Administrator for a Mid-High Level Custom Home builder based in Sydney’s Inner West region. 

About the Company
Projects are currently located in the Fairfield & Western Sydney regions. In this permanent, fulltime role, you will be overseeing the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, from knock-down rebuilds and renovations to alterations and extensions, all valued under $3 million.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate new and manage current contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and review subcontractor agreements, scopes, variations, and progress claims
  • Support project teams with procurement, documentation, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar.
  • Proven experience in residential construction, ideally minimum 2+ years prior experience. 
  • Strong understanding of contract administration processes from project inception through to handover.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

  • You will be involved in the construction of custom designed homes.
  • Projects are currently based in the Fairfield & Western Sydney regions.
  • Salary guide is anywhere from $100k – $110k + Super (dependent on your experience level and salary expectations)
