Accounts Administrator/ Bookkeeper

A commercial construction & fit out company requires an experienced Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to help with the day to day accounting tasks of the business.

This role is Fulltime and Office based role. . We are looking for someone who is reliable and a quick learner, keen to get started and become part of a close team of people.

  • Sydney office services both Sydney and Brisbane markets

Expectations of the role; 

  • General Administration duties
  • Full-function Accounts and Bookkeeping.
  • Billing, receipting and reconciliation of payments
  • Responding to creditor and debtor inquiries
  • Processing of payroll
  • Purchasing, ordering of materials. 
  • Other Adhoc admin duties as required. 

Experience and skills required; 

  • Proven experience in a Bookkeeping position or a similar position
  • Prior experience within the construction/ manufacturing industry would be an advantage. 
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, Outlook etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time. 
  • Australian working rights.
  • Cantonese or Mandarin speaking would be an advantage to this role.  

Things to note;

  • Salary guide $80,000 – $100,000 + super (based on experience)
  • Permanent, Full-time position. Immediate Start.
