A commercial construction & fit out company requires an experienced Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to help with the day to day accounting tasks of the business.
This role is Fulltime and Office based role. . We are looking for someone who is reliable and a quick learner, keen to get started and become part of a close team of people.

- Sydney office services both Sydney and Brisbane markets
Expectations of the role;
- General Administration duties
- Full-function Accounts and Bookkeeping.
- Billing, receipting and reconciliation of payments
- Responding to creditor and debtor inquiries
- Processing of payroll
- Purchasing, ordering of materials.
- Other Adhoc admin duties as required.
Experience and skills required;
- Proven experience in a Bookkeeping position or a similar position
- Prior experience within the construction/ manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, Outlook etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Australian working rights.
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking would be an advantage to this role.
Things to note;
- Salary guide $80,000 – $100,000 + super (based on experience)
- Permanent, Full-time position. Immediate Start.
