We are in search of an experienced Residential Site Foreman to join the team at a Long standing, Family owned and operated Commercial and Residential construction company. Your primary role will be to work on Luxury Custom Residential Homes. 

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow and project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety standards and quality controls.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements to be successful:

• Background in the trades, with experience in custom residential construction.
• Proven track record as a Site Foreman (or experienced Leading Hand), having successfully managed projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Things to note:

• You will be involved in the construction of custom architecturally designed homes.
• Projects are currently based in the Eastern Suburbs. 
• Salary guide is anywhere from $120k – $135k + Super + Vehicle (entirely dependent on your experience level and salary expectations)
