An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join a family owned commercial builder. The project is based in Morriset on the Central Coast. Project is both a class 3 and class 9B, so experience in this construction type is required. The project is 90% complete. 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow and project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety standards and quality controls.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

About you:

• Background in the trades, with experience in commercial construction projects, specifically Class 3 and Class 9B builds. 
• Proven track record as a Site Foreman, having successfully managed projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
