A local family owned and operated Custom Residential construction company.
Specialising in the design and construction of custom residential homes, class 2 builds, renovations and small commercial projects. Project values typically between $1M – $3M.
About the role;

- Projects are typically based in the North Shore, North West and Inner west regions of Sydney.
- Predominantly office-based, however there may be some site exposure.
- Software used: Beams + Companion systems e.g.. CRM, Workflow management, task tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate new and manage current contracts throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and review subcontractor agreements, scopes, variations, and progress claims
- Support project teams with procurement, documentation, and financial reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.
What we are looking for in a new team member;
- Degree in Construction Management or similar.
- Have solid construction residential construction knowledge, ideally minimum 2+ years prior experience.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
- Be proactive, with foresight to identify issues early.
- Be flexible and adaptable, not rigid or overly corporate.
- Be comfortable working in a small business environment
- Be able to bring ideas and solutions, not just follow one rigid process.
- Have experience in custom homes or project homes (project homes acceptable if followed by custom work)
Salary guide
Salary guide is $100K – $120K+ super (based on your experience level)
