We have an exciting opportunity for an Under-Graduate | Cadet looking to start their career off on the right foot and work with a business specialising high end commercial construction, fit out and refurbishment projects. 

This role would suit a 3rd or 4th year student looking to gain more experience and take on a more hands on role. 

Duties include 

• Issuing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
• Assisting with the management of subcontractors  including preparation of  packages, scope of works and procurement.
• Document Control. 
• Progress claims and variation preparation and management.
• Project coordination 
• Management, review and tracking of project expenditure.
• Administration of RFI’s

About You

• 3rd or 4th year student studying towards a qualification in Construction.
• Commercial Construction and/ or fit out experience would be advantageous but not essential. 
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time. 
• Australian working rights.
