About the role; 

• Be responsible for factory production and workshop management. 
• Ensure work is programmed and completed on time
• Manage a diverse team of people. Teams include the machine shop, assembly, metal fabrications and logistics. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

What we need; 

• Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker or Joinery. 
• Experience in commercial joinery & Factory Foreman experience essential.
• Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks. 
• Ability to multitask as there are several different areas to manage. 
• An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed. 
• Australian working rights.

• Salary guide is: $130k + super. 
• Permanent, full-time position 
• Factory is located within Liverpool region.
