Contract Administrator - Commercial Construction

Prosper Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a commercial builder with a growing portfolio of commercial, health, and education sector projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with an industry-recognized contractor, delivering high‑quality outcomes across the greater Sydney region, whilst working day-to-day from their Western Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate new and manage current contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and review subcontractor agreements, scopes, variations, and progress claims
  • Support project teams with procurement, documentation, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

About You:

  • Earned a degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction, ideally across health or education projects
  • Strong understanding of contract administration processes from project inception through to handover.
  • Proficient in Procore
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
