A commercial joinery manufacturing and installation business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Estimator to join the team.
You will be managing B2B sales and Estimating withing the joinery and construction industry.
Your main role and responsibilities:
- Business Development is going to be a fundamental part of this role.
- Will be point of contact during pre-construction and design stage.
- Work with both new and existing clients (some warm leads provided)
- Work on identifying new opportunities
- Achieve KPI’s
- Manage and maintain the CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Will be doing basic estimating on the road and liasing with different internal departments to liase with clients regarding costs, design etc.
- Office based role, based in Liverpool and working on the road.
Experience and Qualities required:
- Experience and a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Be well-presented and have a proactive and positive nature.
- Be interested and confident in starting work and developing new and existing client bases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be well presented and confident.
- Be open and willing to travel throughout greater Sydney, visiting with customers and attending trade shows.
- Be well organised and self managed.
NOTE: Salary guide $120k base + Super + Commission.
